This garden statue depicts the Buddha at a period in his life where he had gone to live in the forest with a group of ascetics in order to seek enlightenment - the ultimate reality of the universe. But you can be content to just have this 12-inch-tall statue in your garden or home. These statues are available in a Stone Wash Gray color, so they can either be a medium-light gray or a medium-dark gray (you rarely find one that is overly dark nor overly light in color). They are a bit heavy, weighing in at 16 pounds, and are best placed in your garden or on a solid table or other stable location.
