We believe deeply in the quality of the products we carry at The Buddha Garden, and allow you to return items you don't like for any reason for a full refund of the MERCHANDISE COST. We WON'T charge you a restocking fee; however, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost of the item (and you will have to be responsible for shipping the item back to us to get your refund). The item you return MUST be in like new / unused condition. Also, you must notify us within 7 days or receiving your order that you will be returning the item to us.

What If I Received The Wrong Item?

In the rare cases where we make a mistake and send the wrong item, we will send you a replacement and send you a shipping label so that you can mail it back to us at no cost to you. We will NOT charge you for shipping the correct item out to you.

What If An item Arrived Damaged?

Please hold onto the item (don't ship it back) and contact us right away. We will send out a replacement and, if it is insured, make arrangements for UPS / US Postal Service to pick up the item from you. But sending the item back to us might void the insurance, so PLEASE DO NOT SEND IT BACK unless instructed to do so.
