These tunic style Om Shirts have the Om Design printed on both the front and the back of the shirt. They are made with love in India, and are machine washable. The word Om is considered the Sacred Symbol of the Universe in Hinduism. When the universe was still empty, thre was only the sound of Om, and from this cosmic vibration the entire universe unfolded. Actually, it is more correct phonetically (and has more meaning) if the word is spelled out as "Aum" instead, since in the original Sanskrit it is spelled with three letters as well.
