The Buddhist Sangha was formed in 1995 by a group of practitioners who wanted to establish a center in South Jersey where anyone could meditate, discuss the Dharma and share their experience with others. This is a non-denominational Buddhist group, so it is open to practitioners of all the different Buddhist schools, be they Mahayana, Zen, Thereveda, Vajrayana, etc. The sangha practices sitting and walking meditation, and has chanting and mantra recitations. The web site offers brief articles on meditation, Loving Kindness, The Eightfold Path, and conduct. there is a list of books on meditation and links to other Buddhist sites.
